Once you submit your application, our team immediately begins reviewing your carrier information to start the liquor transportation permit process. We handle the paperwork, guide you through the requirements, and assist with filing the permit with the appropriate state authority.

From document preparation to application submission, our goal is to make the process simple and help you move forward without unnecessary delays.

Here’s how the process works.


Step 1 — Submit Your Application

First, complete our quick application form with your carrier details.

You will be asked to provide basic information such as:

  • MC Number

  • USDOT Number

  • Truck Type

  • Business Name

  • Contact Information

  • ZIP Code

  • Other details

Once submitted, our team reviews your information to begin preparing your permit application.


Step 2 — Dedicated Compliance Specialist Assigned

After reviewing your application, we assign a dedicated compliance specialist to your case.

Your specialist will:

  • Review your carrier information

  • Guide you through the permit process

  • Let you know if any additional details are required

  • Serve as your main point of contact

You’ll have someone assisting you throughout the process.


Step 3 — Document Preparation

Our compliance team prepares the documents required for your liquor transportation permit.

This includes:

  • Preparing the permit application

  • Organizing your carrier information

  • Making sure everything meets state submission requirements

Our goal is to ensure your application is properly prepared before submission.


Step 4 — State Government Fees (If Required)

Some states require government filing fees for liquor transportation permits.

Important to know:

  • These fees are separate from our $199 service fee

  • Government fees must be paid directly to the state authority if applicable


Step 5 — Application Filing

Once the documents are ready, we assist with submitting the application to the appropriate state authority responsible for issuing liquor transportation permits.

We keep you informed throughout the filing process.


Step 6 — Application Review & Corrections

If the state authority requests additional information or corrections, our team will assist with:

  • Reviewing the request

  • Updating documentation

  • Correcting any required details

We work with you to make sure the application meets the required standards.


Step 7 — Re-Submission Support (If Needed)

If an application needs to be corrected or resubmitted due to documentation issues, we assist in preparing the corrections and resubmitting the application when possible.

Our team continues supporting you through the process and helps guide you until the permit process is completed.


Our Service Fee

We charge a one-time $199 service fee, which includes:

  • Permit document preparation

  • Application handling

  • Compliance assistance

  • Filing support

  • Error correction and resubmission assistance

Important Notice

The $199 service fee does not include any state government permit fees.

Permit approval is determined solely by the state regulatory authority. Our team assists you throughout the process and works with you to ensure your application is properly prepared and submitted.
