2. Service Fee

Liquor Compliance Dispatch charges a $199 service fee for:

  • Document preparation

  • Paperwork handling
  • Filing support

Important:

  • The $199 fee is only for document preparation and filing assistance.
  • State government permit fees are NOT included in this service fee.
  • Additional state fees may apply depending on the state issuing the permit.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

Liquor Compliance Dispatch assists with preparing and submitting permit applications; however:

  • We do not guarantee permit approval.
  • Permit approvals are determined solely by state regulatory authorities.
  • Approval timelines and requirements vary by state.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure documents are prepared correctly and submitted according to guidelines.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Provide required documents in a timely manner
  • Respond to requests for additional information when needed

Liquor Compliance Dispatch is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by customers.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be completed before document preparation and filing assistance begins.

By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges that they understand:

  • The nature of the services provided
  • The service fee structure
  • That state fees are separate

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of document preparation and administrative work, service fees may be non-refundable once work has started.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Liquor Compliance Dispatch.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liquor Compliance Dispatch is not responsible for:

  • Permit denial by state authorities
  • Government processing delays
  • Changes in state regulations
  • Errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
